New to yoga? Not flexible? No problem. Lori's classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities. A balanced combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, each class is a unique approach to learning breathing techniques, reducing stress, improving posture and flexibility, increasing energy and concentration, developing strength and meditation skills. Modifications are offered for all levels as you enjoy practicing at your own pace in a welcoming, inclusive and non-competitive environment. Class ends with a guided meditation to leave you feeling renewed and grounded for a complete mind-body connection.
